Joel Windsor is the music education specialist at Notre Dame Collegiate in High River, Alberta, Canada. He has been leading music ensembles there since 2005. As a composer/arranger, most of his work centers around his students, arranging music for concert band, jazz band, marching band, steel pan ensembles, string ensembles and solo arrangements for festival performance. His arrangements are often multi-level arrangements, permitting musicians across multiple years of experience and development to play music alongside one another.
