Each of these assignments will be instructed during class time, and can be completed either in class or at home using online tools provided by the school. [[Stage Band and Steel Pans Skills and Techniques|Stage Band and Steel Pans]] Students are expected to complete a set of [[#Random Rhythms]] and an **Application Assignment** each year. These games will help you connect the Breezin' Thru Theory lessons of Chapter 1 to your instrument. You will be assigned two levels for completion. At the conclusion of each level for your instrument, you will need to take a screenshot of your results, and post them to the Google Classroom. # Sight-Reading *Applicable to Grades 9 through 12 Concert Band and String Orchestra Only* Assignments will be given in *Sight-Reading Factory* and linked in Google Classroom. Each student will need to complete 2 Sight Reading assessments, one in the Fall and one in the Spring. # Random Rhythms *Applicable to All Students* Students will be assigned Random Rhythms that will be generated via *4Four*. They may need to complete either 5, 8 or 10 rhythms depending on their Grade, and those rhythms will be at either the Basic, Intermediate or Advanced levels in alignment with [[Breezin' Thru Theory Long-Range Plans|Breezin' Thru Theory]] Chapters [[Chapter 2|2]], [[Chapter 3|3]] and [[Chapter 5|5]].
