## The Steel Pans have been Hired for May 7, 2023! The Junior and Senior Panorama groups have been hired by the High River Legion to perform during their car show on May 7, 2023. The details of the events are as follows; - 9:00 AM - Mr. Windsor and Mr. Braat and any other people with a large vehicle will arrive at NDC to load Steel Pans equipment. - 9:30 AM - All panners are to meet at the Legion (no space for parking, so you'll need to find parking either on 7th Avenue or at least one block away from Centre Street). - 10:30 AM - Perform in front of the High River Legion in the middle of Veterans Avenue, 1 hour performance. - 11:30 AM - Take a two-hour break, the Legion is offering lunches, so bring your wallets. - Approximately 1:30 PM - Second set, same music, approximately 1 hour of playing time. The proceeds from this gig will go towards new equipment for the steel pans, namely better stands for the instruments. It will be a great way for us to get back to the live gigging we used to do before the pandemic! ## Looking forward to our first gig in years!
