If you have already submitted a full payment, you will receive a notification of credit for your account very soon. **March 28, 2023** 11:45 AM - Eat Lunch at the School 12:00 PM - Gather in the Music Room and Pack Equipment 12:45 PM - Depart Notre Dame Collegiate 2:00 PM - Arrive at the Strathmore Performing Arts Festival, unload all equipment 2:30 PM - Watch the Chestermere Lake Middle School Grade 8/9 Band 3:00 PM - Watch the Strathmore High School Jazz Band 3:30 PM - Woodshedders Setup, Panners watch Holy Cross Collegiate World Drumming Ensemble 4:00 PM - Woodshedders Perform 4:30 PM - Woodshedders Clinic, Panners setup pans 5:00 PM - Depart for Supper, Senior Panorama eats first 5:45 PM - Return to festival venue 6:00 PM - Senior Panorama Performs 6:30 PM - Senior Panorama Clinic, Woodshedders & Junior Panorama watch Holy Cross Collegiate Blue Drumline 7:00 PM - Junior Panorama Performs 7:30 PM - Junior Panorama Clinic, Woodshedders & Senior Panorama watch Holy Cross Collegiate Silver Drumline 8:00 PM - Load Bus and Equipment, depart Strathmore 9:30 PM - Arrive back at Notre Dame Collegiate, unload, and disembark **What students will need:** - Working Instruments, Pencil, Sheet Music, Mallets, Cables, Amplifiers, etc. - Band Uniform - Cash for Supper
